Terms & Conditions of Service

1: The client authorises Zero Alpha PTY LTD, its employees and independent contractors to perform data recovery services on media that the client represents.

2: Zero Alpha PTY LTD shall not be liable as a result of this agreement or the performance of any data recovery services.

3: THE CLIENT UNDERSTANDS THAT DATA RECOVERY CANNOT BE GUARANTEED.

4: Zero Alpha PTY LTD agrees not to disclose any and all information to any third parties except to employees, independent contractors, lawyers, or agents of Zero Alpha PTY LTD subject to confidentiality agreements or as required by law.

5: Payment is required in full prior to release of data recovery results.

6: No Data No Fee policy only applies to certain cases based on evaluation.

7: Zero Alpha PTY LTD makes no warranty, express or implied, and Zero Alpha PTY LTD disclaims any warranty of any kind.
